Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Sutherland, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Renovation of two ball fields: Field Number 1 is a full sized baseball field with 90 ft bases. Field Number 4 is a standard softball field with 60 ft bases. Location of these fields are noted on the attached map of the Complex. 3. Contractor shall laser grade fields and install new infield mix. Infield mix shall be a mixture of sand, silt and clay, Choice Plus 10% Turface from Luck stone or equivalent. 4. Contractor shall replace any sod that gets damaged during the renovation of these fields with Celebration Bermudagrass sod. Contractor shall conduct work in a manner to minimize damage to sod. Pamplin Drive, Sutherland, VA 23885 Question Deadline 02/14/2025 If any Vendor has questions about any specifications or other solicitation documents, the Vendor should contact the person issuing the RFQ whose name appears on the face of the solicitation no later than three working days before the due date online. Any revisions to the solicitation will be made only by addendum issued by the person issuing the RFQ. All addenda are posted on the Countys website at electronic . It is the Contractors responsibility to check for addenda. The County reserves the right to award by item, groups or items or total, to reject any and all quotations in whole or in part, and to waive any informality or technical defect if, in its judgement, is in the best interests of the County
