The Fall River Housing Authority is hereby soliciting sealed bids for one (1) year on-call contracts for multiple trades, specifically painting, carpentry, glass window/automatic door fabrication/repairs, HVAC, electrical and plumbing services. The solicitation package contains Federal Davis Bacon Wage Schedules. The FRHA intends to award one year contracts for multiple trades for repairs/services to the successful contractors on an as needed basis. The FRHA reserves the right to award multiple contracts to multiple contractors within a single trade or extend only one contract to a sole vendor for each trade. Each contract's value has a minimum estimate of $10,000, with a maximum amount of $75,000 during the one-year term. All bidders should identify their specific trade/specialty on the face of the sealed envelope in which their bids are submitted and on their respective Bid Forms. The on-call contracts are considered indefinite quantity contracts requesting labor only. Vendors are placed on notice that no amount of work is guaranteed. The Fall River Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids when doing so is in the best interest of the FRHA.
