Steel, Inc. but the awarded amount is not available.** New T-hangar Development The City of Newport is seeking a qualified contractor to construct a NEW T-HANGAR DEVELOPMENT. The project will construct a new prefabricated t-hangar (approximately 51' x 210') building at the Newport Municipal Airport (ONP). The project will include a limited amount of site improvements that are anticipated to include utility connections, paved connections to the T-Hangar, and drainage improvements. Engineer's Estimate: Between $900,000 and $1,200,000 The Bidder must agree that the requirements and conditions of employment be observed and minimum wage rates, as established by the U.S. Secretary of Labor, or the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, including any appropriate amendments. The contractor shall pay the state or federal prevailing wage rate, whichever is higher, and adheres to the most stringent requirements under this contract. No bid for a construction contract shall be received or considered by City of Newport unless the Bidder is registered with the Construction Contractors Board as required by ORS Chapter 701 or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board as required by ORS 671.530.
