The St. Clair County Intergovernmental Grants Department (IGD) is seeking proposals for an Illinois licensed Lead Risk Assessor for the Housing Rehabilitation Program. Approximately 30- 50 risk assessments and 30 clearance tests may be inspected over the next 24 months. The homes will be single-family, owner occupied and located in participating areas of St. Clair County. The application, qualifications and requirements will be included in the proposal packets. Any proposal received after this date will not be considered. IGD reserves the right to accept any proposal and any part or parts thereof or to reject any and/or all proposals. All proposals will be reviewed, and the most qualified and cost effective will be considered. Notification letters of acceptance or denial will be sent within 60 days of RFP due date. St. Clair County Intergovernmental Grants Department is an equal opportunity employer.
