The substandard development is proposed to be intensified by constructing four additions to existing buildings that total 71,400 square feet, constructing one new 3,264 square-foot maintenance building, replacing the turf at the football field, installing a press box and new tennis courts, and adding a single point entry to the Reed High School campus that totals approximately 54 acres and is located at 1350 Baring Boulevard, Sparks, Nevada, (APN: 030-010-09) in the PF (Public Facilities) zoning district. Required trades are abatement, demolition, surveying, CIP concrete, reinforcing steel, masonry, structural steel, decorative metals, casework, waterproof, insulation, roofing, metal panels, fireproofing, DFH, overhead doors, grilles, storefront, drywall systems, tile, resilient flooring, carpet, epoxy coatings, painting, specialties, press box, fire suppression, plumbing, hvac, electrical, earthwork, site concrete, athletic surfaces, fencing & landscaping. Approximate budget is $70,000,000. Bid documents anticipated March 24, 2025 for qualified subcontractors. Construction start is June 2025. Your participation is important to us.
