Renovation of a municipal facility in The Dalles, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of The Dalles is requesting Bids for replacing the existing HVAC units from qualified Bidders for the Public Works Building HVAC Replacement. Questions regarding this solicitation or contract documents should be directed to David Mills, Transportation Manager at (541) 296-5401 x 2011 or by email to dmills@ci.the-dalles.or.us. The City of The Dalles may reject any Bid not in compliance with all prescribed public proposal procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all Bids upon the City finding it is in the public interest to do so. The City also reserves the right to waive any informality in connection with any Bids or to postpone the award of the contract for 60 days. Each Bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder as defined by ORS 279A.120(1). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
