Renovation of a fire / police facility in Croton on Hudson, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Reference Number 0000379884 The Village of Croton-on-Hudson (the "Village") wishes to develop a contract for the installation of the proposed Fire Suppression system for both the EMS addition at the Harmon Firehouse, as well as the existing Firehouse structure. The contractor will provide all materials and labor necessary in order to compete the work as described on the approved plans. While drawings for the entire addition are included in this bid packet, the contractor should only consider the Fire Suppression System installation work in their price. The contractor must also remove all existing ceiling tiles, safely store them on-site, and reinstall them once the work is done. All damaged ceiling tiles must be replaced by the contractor.
