Bidders can also attend the bid opening in person at City Hall This Project is located at two locations: 3699 Arbolado Drive in Arbolado Park and 2222 Stewart Avenue in Rudgear Park in the City of Walnut Creek. The Contractor shall begin Work no later than five Working days after the beginning date specified in the Notice to Proceed (which may be hand delivered or sent by email). The Contractor shall complete all the Work on the Project within sixty (60) working days after the beginning date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
