Scope of Services The Project includes, but is not limited to, performing the following Work: Provide Labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the installation of a 12" PVC storm drain pipe, 12" cured in place pipe liner and two catch basin structures within the Public Right of Way. The project includes, but not limited to; pipe installation, CIPP liner, roadway restoration, inlet structures,concrete flatwork, erosion control, traffic control dewatering and/or bypass. The project includes a Bid Alternative of a CIPP liner of existing 5x3 Arch Culvert on Walnut Blvd and Homestead Ave. Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% No bids will be received unless made on the Bid Proposal and Schedule form provided in the Project Manual. TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION OF WORK: The Contractor shall begin Work no later than five Working days after the beginning date specified in the Notice to Proceed (which may be hand delivered or sent by email). The Contractor shall complete all the Work on the Project within 25 working days after the beginning date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
