Location - West Flagler Street from 73rd Court to NW 78th Place Estimated Range of the Base Bid - $4,489,828.50 - $3,710,771.50, not including contingency and dedicated allowances. Project Duration: 330 Calendar Days to Substantial Completion, 360 Calendar Days to Final Completion, plus a 36 Calendar Day Time Allowance Period This contract has a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Goods and Services Goal of 1.00%. Goals are not for construction related goods and services, but for the provision of goods, services, or work incidental to the project, such as the provision of security services, janitorial services, landscaping services, maintenance services, transportation services, or other services that do not require a construction contracting license or involve supplying or carrying construction materials for a public works project.
