The Consultant shall perform Inspection & Reporting Services for the GMX Structures as described in this Scope of Services. The frequency of inspection shall comply with Florida Statutes and Section II of the Bridge and Other Structures Inspection and Reporting Procedure. An inventory of the Greater Miami Expressway (GMX) System structures and inspections are provided in Exhibit B, GMX Structures Inventory List and Inspection Due Dates ("GMX Inventory"). All structures listed in the GMX Inventory, are to be inspected in compliance with: o Federal regulations - (National Bridge Inspection Standards - Title 23, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 650, Subpart C); o State regulations - Title XXVI, Section 335.074, Florida Statutes; Safety Inspection of Bridges; o Florida Statutes - Rule Chapter 14-48 F.A.C., Inspection of Bridges; and o Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 29 CFR, Part 1926. The type and frequency of inspection shall comply with the Florida Statutes. The Services for these Agreements will be split between the two (2) Consultants.
