Granary Filing 3 Park and Pool Project The Project includes the following Work: Park and Pool Improvements for Granary Filing 3. The Work is generally described as follows: play structures, benches, bike racks, engineered wood fiber, playground edger, playground pit drainage, tables, trash receptacles, fencing, flatwork, pools, waterslide, shade structures (4x), restrooms, office, MEP enclosure, trash enclosure, parking lot, parking lot lighting, boulder retaining walls, main entry seat wall, pool amenities, slide structure, and all other work necessary to complete the Granary pool and Outlot G Park. Scope excludes landscape plantings and irrigation items. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bidders are hereby advised the Owner reserves the right to not award a Contract until ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of Bids, and Bidders expressly agree to keep their Bids open for the ninety (90) day time period. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders' qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is, in the opinion of the Owner, in its best interest. Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
