The deadline to ask questions is 2/17/2025 10:00 AM CST Construction of Water Plant No. 2 Rehabilitation Phase 2 for Fallbrook UD, Harris County, Texas Scope of Project: The rehabilitation of Fallbrook Water Plant No. 2 Phase II shall include but not be limited to the demolition of existing concrete generator pad; construction of a concrete masonry units (CMU) building for electrical controls; removal and replacement of MCC lineup into new building; removal and replacement of well equipment, conduit, junction boxes, surge protection devices, mounting posts, ground well, and installation of vibration switch; electrical connection for surface water meter station; installation of instrumentation equipment, pressure transmitters; and installation of chlorine feed equipment, LAS feed equipment and orthophosphate feed system including one (1) 120 gallons double walled orthophosphate tank and chemical analyzers. This project also includes the electrical upgrades for Water Plant No. 1. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities in compliance with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules and all Bids and bid securities must be submitted through online. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
