**As of March 31, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Project shall include installation of drainage, sewer and water services, new 600 sf concrete block restroom building and 600 sf concrete block concessions/press box building, concrete plaza, fencing curbing and paving handicap parking area and landscaping and associated work. The Town of Burrillville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in the proposals received, to award a bid in part or in whole, and to accept the proposal that is considered to be in the best interest of the Town of Burrillville. The location, general characteristics, and principal details ofthe Work are indicated on a set of drawings included in this document. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the ENGINEER, and shall then become a part ofthe Contract Documents. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other items necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item ofthe Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion ofthat item.
