**As of March 31, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Town of Burrillville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in the proposals received, to award a bid in part or in whole, and to accept the proposal that is considered to be in the best interest of the Town of Burrillville. The Project shall include installation of sheet pile cutoff wall, reconstruction of outlet structure, sluice gate and discharge piping, earthwork, granite block wall repairs and rip rap installation and appurtenant work. The construction estimate for this project is $2.5 Million Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (including MBE and WBE) policies of the State of Rhode Island and the Town of Burrillville are applicable to this Contract. The goal for this project is a minimum of ten (10) percent participation by state-certified MBEs/WBEs. Any questions regarding the project will be accepted until Friday, February 7, 2025, at 4:00 pm.
