Remodeling of a library in Burrillville, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the remodel of a library.
The Town of Burrillville is seeking individual sealed bids for the Town on the following at the Jesse M. Smith Memorial Library, 100 Tinkham Lane, Harrisville, RI: transforming the two (2) existing multi-person restrooms to two (2) family restrooms. This project entails transforming two (2) existing multi stall restrooms into two (2) single family restrooms. The remodel includes adding shorter sinks in each restroom to accommodate small children Selective Demolition of Existing Restrooms as Required Remove and dispose of existing countertops, vanities, sinks, partitions, plumbing and bathroom fixtures, tile, flooring as necessary. Disposal by Contractor Install New Solid Surface Countertops, Vanities and Under Mount Sinks in two (2) New Family Restrooms Includes installing in each restroom ADA compliant solid surface countertops with two counter heights: one regular height and one lower counter (height to be discussed prior to installation) to accommodate small children. Includes in each restroom: the installation and connection oftwo sinks with hands free stainless steel faucets: one installed at regular height and one at a lower height (height to be discussed prior to installation) to accommodate small children. American Standard fixtures or equal Replace All Plumbing and Bathroom Fixtures in two (2) New Family Restrooms Includes new ADA compliant toilets, paper towel holders, stainless steel toilet paper holders, stainless steel soap dispensers, stainless steel trash receptacles, and changing tables. Relocate existing mirrors to meet ADA requirements. Install New Ceramic Wall Tile and Wall Base in two (2) New Family Restrooms Includes installing ceramic tiles of comparable quality to existing tile. Install New Bathroom Partitions in two (2) New Family Restrooms Includes installation of plastic laminated particle board partitions. ASI Partitions or equal. Patch Walls and Paint in two (2) New Family Restrooms Benjamin Moore, PPG or Sherwin Williams paint or equal. Replace LED Lighting, GFCI Receptacles in two (2) New Family Restrooms Lithonia Lights or equal. Replace existing entrance door locks in two (2) New Family Restrooms Schlage Hardware or equal.
