As of May 27, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The project consists of extending an existing 10 inch sewer connected to four dry sewer manholes in Chapel Street to an active sewer manhole located 110 feet south in a sewer easement. The work requires a river crossing of approximately 50 feet and ledge removal. This project is a critical connection for future sewer service to the neighborhood. Sealed bids will be received for construction of the Chapel Street Sewer Connection and River Crossing. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, to award a bid in whole or in part, or to reject any or all bids and to accept the proposal that is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner.
