Site work for a water / sewer project in Elm Creek, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing all equipment, labor, materials and appurtenances required to construct approximately 3,530 linear feet of 10-inch buried PVC wastewater effluent irrigation piping with tracer wire, connection to existing buried piping, valves, County road crossing, fittings, risers and other such work as may be incidental to the Wastewater Effluent Irrigation Piping Project. Envelopes containing the Bid shall be marked with the project name, date and time of bid and shall be sealed to be received by the Village of Elm Creek, Nebraska. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or informalities to accept the BID it deems most beneficial. Bids received after the specified time of closing will be returned unopened. The Owner will accept only those sealed bids, either hand delivered or received via U.S. Mail or other commercial carrier. Items transmitted by facsimile or electronically will not be accepted. All work and materials are to be guaranteed for a period of one (1) year following the final acceptance by the Owner. Each successful bidder shall supply a Certificate of Insurance. Partial payments will NOT be made. Payment will be made at the completion of the Project.
