This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Ithaca, Michigan. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Furnishing and transporting HMA 13A or 36A material to job site, laying mix with paver, and rolling. Bond coat to be applied as needed per Standard Specifications and included in cost of this item. Contractors must be prequalified by MDOT. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable MDOT Standard Specifications for Hot Mix Asphalt No. 13A or 36A. Bid unit price to be based on a per ton basis for HMA and patching material. Pay quantity to be determined by the actual tons of bituminous mix quantities used. HMA MATERIALS Same as Item 1 except does not include transporting or laying mix with paver and rolling. Hot mix to be picked up at plant site. COLD PATCH MATERIALS Furnishing required bituminous cold patching material. Bid price to be based on furnishing this premixed material, including all materials, delivered to the Road Commission yard at 920 East Center Street, Ithaca, MI. All paving projects to be completed on or before October 1, 2025. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any part of or all bids and/or quotations and to waive any informality in the bidding which, in their opinion, will be beneficial to the County of Gratiot.
