Furnishing any part of the seasonal requirements for the following: Structures for Maintenance and Miscellaneous Construction Operations Corrugated Plastic Tubing (No Recycled Materials) to include: Corrugated Polyvinyl Chloride Pipe and Fittings Smooth Lined Corrugated Polyethylene Pipe, One Piece Snap Couplers and Fittings Smooth Lined Corrugated Polyethylene Pipe with Integral Coupling. Couplings are to be both "silt tight" and "water tight". Specify whether couplings are part of the culvert price or are extra. Plastic End Sections. Bidders shall submit a price list for the above materials indicating any discounts based on delivery, FOB, Ithaca, Michigan and/or FOB Bidder's Point of Supply. Price shall remain firm through March 1, 2026. All material and workmanship is to meet or exceed the 2003 Michigan Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in any bid and to accept the bid they deem in the best interest of the County Road Commission. This contract can be extended only if mutually agreeable between the supplier and the Gratiot County Road Commission, under the terms and conditions provided herein.
