Renovation of a transportation facility in Mesa, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Fire System Valves Replacement and Installation. MGAA is seeking a contractor to replace specific valves throughout the Airport’s Pump Systems. The valves are located at two separate pump locations behind a secure fence. Access will be given each day by Airport facilities staff. A site walk is offered to all bidders immediately following the pre-bid meeting to see the specific valve types and locations. 2. The scope of work includes replacing the following valves: a. Two 8" Cla-Val Atmospheric fill valves at South Central on the North and South Tank b. One 6" OS&Y valve at South Central on the South Tank c. One 12” PIV outside of MGAA Building 1083 for Isolation d. One 12" valve inside of MGAA Building 1083 e. One 8" bypass valve inside of MGAA Building 1083 f. Four 8” OS&Y valves on the discharge side of pumps g. MGAA Building 1083 Test Header Valve to include all new 2.5" Hose Valves See Exhibit 1 for a map of MGAA Building/Locations. 3. While Offeror is performing the scope of work, the Airport’s fire system must be operational at the end of business each day. 4. All bids must include equipment, parts, labor and taxes. 5. Replacement valves must be new. 6. Work is to be complete and billed before June 30, 2025
