The City of Mesa (City) Energy Resources Department (ERD) is issuing this Request for Bid (RFB) to establish a contract with qualified contractor(s) for the purchase of Itron 400A Gas Meters for City AMI Project per the specifications contained this Request for Bid. The City will only accept Itron A Series gas meters for this Solicitation for the following reasons: _ Standardization for City AMI Project and Solution _ Simplify the installation and maintenance of AMI solution currently being installed. _ Inventory of replacement parts for gas meters are kept to a minimum, thus reducing cost _ and avoiding obsolete parts. Deadline for Inquiries: FEBRUARY 17, 2025 - 10:00 A.M. LOCAL ARIZONA TIME All questions regarding the contents of this Solicitation, and Solicitation process (including requests for ADA accommodations), must be directed solely to Ted.Stallings@MesaAZ.gov, and Martin.Amaya@MesaAZ.gov. Term of resulting contract will be two (2) years with an opportunity to renew for up to an additional twelve (12) months. The terms and conditions of any contract renewal or extension shall remain the same as the original contract as amended.
