SCOPE OF WORK: Insulated pool covers, and storage reels shall meet these specifications. Price shall include all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, shipping, freight, insurance, and all other items which are necessary to perform the work as specified. The intent of this bid is the purchase of Insulated pool covers and storage reels with covers for six (6) pools. The City currently has thermal covers at two (2) locations, Kino and Skyline Aquatic Centers. The covers at these pools have met their lifespan and need to be replaced. The storage reels at these locations are not necessary. The other four (4) facilities needing thermal covers and storage reels are Brimhall, Mesa, Rhodes and Carson Aquatic Complexes question are due on Monday, February 10, 2025 by 11:00 a.m., local Arizona time Questions concerning this Solicitation should be submitted in writing through the City of Mesas Procurement Website Vendor Self Service portal at electronic Technical Questions: Jess Romney, NIGP-CPP, CPPB Procurement Supervisor Procurement Supervisor Jess.Romney@MesaAZ.gov TERM: This Solicitation is for awarding a firm, fixed-price purchasing contract to cover a one (1) year term.
