Site Improvements for Arcadia High School Arcadia, Louisiana The project consists of new building construction, additions and renovations, along with extensive site paving, drainage and utility work located at Arcadia High School in Arcadia, LA. The project is anticipated to be a BASE BID with one Additive Alternate. Demolish scheduled walk paving and fencing, remove existing asphalt from the existing asphalt base. Regrade drainage ditches to south and east sides of property and stabilize the banks. Add new subsurface drainage at drives as outlined in the Drawings. Install new light pole and electrical at Athletic Parking lot. Perform Associated Site work around the construction area. This project is to be completed no later than 150 days from Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $500 per calendar day. ESTIMATED COST: A/E opinion of probable construction cost is $600,000.00
