Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,902-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Site and Building Construction for a new elevated 4,900 square foot, 2-story structure. Site work includes, but is not limited to concrete sidewalks, storm water system, utility tie-ins, and earthwork. The building will consist of wood and steel framing supported by interior load bearing columns and masonry piers. The ground surface below the structure will be covered by a concrete slab. Roofing consists of standing seam metal over wood trusses. Exterior walls include stone veneer, metal panel siding with aluminum storefront systems and hollow metal doors. Interior partitions consist of wood studs with hollow metal frames and wood doors. Interior finishes include gypsum board, metal and wood cladding, resinous flooring, lay-in acoustical ceilings and gypsum ceilings. The Work includes all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. WORK INCLUDED A. The mechanical contractor to furnish original equipment as designed, specified, and scheduled. The mechanical contractor to install original equipment as mandated by the submitted and approved Construction Drawings. B. The mechanical contractor shall be responsible for coordinating all requirements of the original equipment as published by the manufacturer. C. If the mechanical contractor elects to substitute alternate equipment or increase/decrease the quantity of specified original equipment, the altered system shall be resubmitted for review and approval prior to equipment manufacturing release.
