Site work for a mixed-use development in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
Budget for this project is $850,000.00. Project consists of a new varsity soccer field, two soccer practice fields and an updated PE field. Lewiston School District has engaged Kenaston Corporation as the CM/GC for this project Kenaston Corporation. Bidding for this project will follow applicable Idaho Statutes. A state of Idaho Public Works license is required at the time of bid. Kenaston Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities or irregularities in the bids.
