Grubbing 7,000 Tons Crushed Aggregate Base Course 1,800 Tons Hma Pavement 5,275 Lin. Ft. Concrete Curb & Gutter 37,500 Sq. Ft. Concrete Sidewalk & Driveway 2,570 Lin. Ft. Sanitary Sewer 2,690 Lin. Ft. Water Main 2,700 Lin. Ft. Storm Sewer 5,900 Sq. Yd. Lawn Restoration. BID SECURITY Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds QUALIFICATIONS Bidders shall pre-qualify by submitting a Bidders Proof of Responsibility to the Owner five days prior to the Bid Deadline in accordance with Wis. Stat. 66.29(2). RIGHTS RESERVED The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in any bid, and/or to accept a bid most advantageous to the City, without further explanation.
