Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2025 Pre-Qualification: Yes In general, the project consists of various improvements along Main Street from Ludington Street to Wells Street in the Downtown Area of the City of Marinette. The improvements include, but are not limited to, approximately 3,425 square yards of 8-inch concrete pavement, 24,800 square feet of concrete sidewalk including the construction of a decorative concrete plaza area, 2,000 lineal feet of curb and gutter, 820 lineal feet of water main, 640 lineal feet of sanitary sewer main, 1,110 lineal feet of storm sewer, roadway excavation, various traffic signal and electrical improvements, street lighting, pavement marking, street scaping, landscaping, and associated work. This project will be partially funded with WisDOT funds from a Transportation Economic Assistance (TEA) grant and is subject to State and Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.
