Site work for a civil project in Ventura, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of installing high-speed wireless links with redundancy between all Ventura Water plants (water and wastewater) and the City Yard as well as replacing the aging 900 mHz serial radios with Ethernet radios for water pressure stations, tanks, and booster pump sites and wastewater lift stations, as well as the installation/upgrades of 3 pressure recording stations and appurtenant work. Pre bid meeting description: If more site visits for the remaining PRS modification locations are needed, the contractor can reach out to request a list of sites to visit, prior to the nonmandatory prebid conference and City representatives can provide a more extensive site visit to go to more locations as requested. Prospective bidders and subcontractors are highly encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. At such time, areas of the project site will be made available to all prospective bidders and subcontractors to view. Failure to attend the non-mandatory prebid conference will not be accepted by the City as a basis for making a claim of bid error.
