Renovation of a fire / police facility in Ventura, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The project consists of improvements to the HVAC systems in Fire Stations 1, 3, 4 and 6 and appurtenant work as shown on the project plans (Drawing No.2023-D-041A) and in accordance with the project specifications. Base City's Estimate (Fire Stations 3 and 4): $1,069,149 Alternate A Estimate (Fire Stations 1): $1,011,112 Alternate B Estimate (Fire Stations 6): $ 574,150 No bid will be accepted that does not include a bid guarantee of not less than 10% of the bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. No bid will be accepted from a contractor who is not licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code. A Class B Contractor's License is required for this project. Bids will not be accepted from contracts who do not have a Class B license. The contract is estimated to be awarded on May 6, 2025.
