Renovation of a water / sewer project in Ventura, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Description of Work The Work Includes the Following: Remove Existing Aggregate Ballast (Approx. 5,150 Sq Ft) and Replace With Membrane Roof System, Remove and Replace Metal Coping, and All Ancillary Work. Additionally, There is One Additive Alternate Bid. Alternate Bid One Includes Removal and Replacement of Existing Domed Skylights With Curbs and Removal and Replacement of Removable Skylights. The Engineer's Estimate for This Work is $500,000, Including the Add Alternate Bid Items. The Bidder That is Awarded the Contract (the successful Bidder) Shall Be Required to Obtain the Insurance Required by the Contract Documents and to Furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a Payment Bond Which Shall Each Be at Least One-hundred Percent (100%) of the Total Amounts Payable by the Terms of the Contract.
