Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids are invited upon the following approximate quantities of work: QTY 6,800 UNIT LF DESCRIPTION Curb & Gutter Replacement QTY 10,000 UNIT SY DESCRIPTION Topsoil, Seed, Fertilizer & Mulch QTY 11,000 UNIT SY DESCRIPTION Bituminous Concrete QTY 13,000 UNIT SY DESCRIPTION CABC QTY 15,000 UNIT SY DESCRIPTION Asphalt Pulverization QTY 17,000 For electronic bids, electronic bid bonds are required. The successful bidder shall be required to conform to all Federal and State OSHA requirements as well as to the extent necessary to comply with all Davis-Bacon and/or Wisconsin Prevailing Wage laws. The City of Sun Prairie reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding process. Bids may be held by the City of Sun Prairie for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the bid opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. Question Deadline 02/07/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer.
