provision of all necessary labor, equipment and materials required to construct approximately 4,300 linear feet of 12-inch, 8-inch, and 6-inch diameter water main, fire hydrants, and other appurtenances within a public road as described in the project specifications. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $1,940,000. The project is located in Silverdale, WA. The site is along Provost Road from NW Bernard Street past Shelly Road to the District's reservoir site. The project lies within the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 25N, Range 1E, W.M., Kitsap County, WA. The prospective bidder shall be a licensed and bonded contractor in the State of Washington. Each bid shall be per the plans and specifications on file at SWD, 5300 NW Newberry Hill Road, Silverdale, WA, 98383 Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, made payable to the order of the Silverdale Water District by the successful bidder, in case they fail to enter into a contract, file an acceptable surety bond in the sum of 100% of the contract price, or fulfill conditions of said contract within ten days of the date of the award. The contract will be awarded to the qualified bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid.
