Renovation of a medical facility in White Rock, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
ERH Lab is replacing 1 existing chemistry analyzers (Beckman Coulter DxC600i), and 1 existing immunoassay system: Access 2 #A5A56). The existing units will reach their end of service life at the end of December 2025. Currently there is also a loaner benchtop Beckman Coulter Access 2 #81600N immunoassay system that will be removed. The existing system will be replaced with 2 new Beckman Coulter DxC500i analyzers. Associated equipment to be installed include 2 UPS's, 2 Printers, and 2 Evoqua water filtration systems (1 each per analyzer). The Project will have 2 Phases. Note that a fully operational analyzer must be working at all times. The Project scope will include: Modifying site infrastructure, equipment, and furnishings as necessary to support new replacement equipment with considerations given to project sequencing to support maintaining current operations during the work. Ensure site infrastructure, equipment and furnishing modifications allow the removal of the old analyzers, and installation of the new. The project construction period consists of two phases. The first to instal 1 new analyzer to a Ready for Takeover condition of its 6 week (+/-) testing and the second after. During the first test period, no other analyzer can be disturbed although construction work may continue where possible.
