Haley Center - AU Bookstore, Renovation Auburn University SCOPE OF WORK: The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Renovation of existing space to include the removal and replacement of flooring, ceiling tile, ceiling grid, casework, and perimeter slatwall throughout; updates to lighting, power, AV, and security system. Updates to store signage and graphics shall also be included. BONDS: A certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's pr cvoposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract.
