The SportsPlex and intramural fields expand offerings for club and intramural sports and provide state-of-the-art facilities for intercollegiate competition, tournaments, and special events. This project aims to provide supplementary restrooms and storage space, enhancing the overall functionality of the SportsPlex Complex improving service and convenience for users. Services from the Architect-of-Record(s) include: oReview of existing site and environmental conditions. oCreating an all-inclusive design team that will execute the design, bidding, and construction administration for the entire project. oObtain surveys (if applicable), and geotechnical reports (if applicable), and manage the Fixtures, Furnishings, and Equipment package in its entirety. o Complete Basic Services (A through E) and appropriate Special Services as defined in the AL Dept of Finance, Real Propoerty Management - Division of Construction Management's Manual of Procedures. oPreliminary program verification.
