Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Office of Purchasing & Contracting (hereinafter the State) is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified vendor to conduct a heating feasibility study for the Addison County Courthouse and Office building. The selected vendor will evaluate the current heating system and provide recommendations based on energy efficiency, cost effectiveness, environmental impact, and infrastructure compatibility State of Vermont Heating Feasibility Study Addison County Courthouse and Office 7 Mahady Court Middlebury, VT 05753 Question Deadline 03/07/2025 at 4:30 PM ET Questions may be e-mailed to the point of contact on the front page of this RFP: BGS.OPCVendorDocs@vermont.gov The State anticipates the start date will be April 28, 2025. The substantial completion date will be August 29, 2025 and contract completion date will be August 29, 2026 which includes a one year warranty period. The State of Vermont reserves the right to obtain clarification or additional information necessary to properly evaluate a proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
