Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Middlebury, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
installation and commissioning of a 60KW three phase standby generator with automatic transfer switch and all necessary peripherals The specifications for this generator are as follows: 1. 60KW Natural Gas-Powered Generator (208, 3-phase 209 amps) 2. Automatic Transfer Switch (400 amp) 3. All installation and mounting of provided equipment and tie into existing building 4. Precast pad for generator to be mounted 5. Surge protection 6. Supply and install all underground conduits (excavation by DPW) 7. All electrical permitting 8. Generator shall perform monthly startups automatically and self-testing. 9. Add/Alt of a 3-year service contract on the generator 10. Excavation for conduit and pad prep to be done by DPW 11. Gas services to be installed by others Questions are due by 4/1/2025 3:00pm via email to ddibiase@townofmiddlebury.org. All questions and answers shall be provided via email as an addendum as needed.
