**As of March 26th, 2025, the project was awarded to D&K construction, with an awarded amount of $341,094.45.** The purpose of this request is to provide the City of Sioux Falls with formal bids for 2025 Sidewalk Repairs - Phase 2. Questions Due Date: Feb 17th 2025, 5:00 PM CST Project Scope Work on this project generally consists of concrete sidewalk removal and replacement for property owners and city owned property, ADA ramp repairs, and driveway approach / alley repairs. NOTE: Priority B locations shall not begin until after June 1, 2025. Priority B are properties in which the owners completion date is June 1, 2025. Specifications to be used The most current edition of the City of Sioux Falls General Conditions for Public Improvements and Supplemental Standard Specifications, together with Division II and Division III of the most current edition of the South Dakota Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges with Supplemental Specifications and Errata, City and DOT Standard Plates and required provisions, supplemental specifications, and/or special provisions as included in the Project Manual are hereby made a part of these specifications in its entirety unless otherwise revised, deleted, or supplemented herein.
