Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gladstone, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Gladstone, in partnership with the City of Kansas City, Missouri, has completed a construction document set for a dog park on the vacant land at the NE corner of 7600 NE Antioch Road (just north of the Happy Rock Park tennis courts). Plan designs include: two large dog park areas (to be cycled to allow for turf re-growth), a small dog park area, a small parking lot and site amenities such as drinking fountains, decorative benches, dog waste stations, and trash receptacles. Site work will include selective demolition, earthwork, clearing and grubbing, installation of a new water service line, and hydroseeding. The Work to be performed under the provisions of these Contract Documents, Drawings, and Specifications shall be consistent with "REGULATIONS OF THE CONTRACT"in the construction, installation, and completion of all work required in connection with the Gladstone/KCMO Dog Park; CP2459, in Gladstone, Missouri.
