Nebo School District (the School District) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified and licensed General Contractors (the General Contractors) for the addition and remodel of two athletic fieldhouses located at Maple Mountain High School, located in Spanish Fork, Utah and at Salem Hills High School, located in Salem, Utah (the Project). The Maple Mountain High School Fieldhouse Addition and Remodel project consists of alterations to the existing fieldhouse at MMHS. The approximately 20,000 addition and remodel includes new restrooms, sports court, new turf, new metal building skin, masonry wainscot and new windows. Site work will consist of rerouting some utilities, patching and repair of parking lots, driveways, concrete walks and landscaping. The Salem Hills High School Fieldhouse consists of the construction of a new approximately 34,000 sq. ft. athletic facility constructed with a metal building and wood interior framing of three classrooms and restrooms. The building will have a sports court and artificial turf area with sports netting. Site work will include patching and repair of parking lots, driveways, concrete walks and landscaping. The estimated cost of this Project is around twelve million General Contractors submitting a SOQ are cautioned not to contact members of the Evaluation Committee, the Board of Education, or District Administration personnel, other than the designated contact person designated below, throughout the RFSOQ process as of the date hereof.
