Contract No. Tm- 071425 Town of Marlborough Landfill Cap Repairs in the Town of Marlborough, Ulster County, New York. The Project is Located at 20 Baileys Gap Road in Highland New York. The Project Encompasses the Supply of Materials and All Labor to Repair Damaged Areas of the Geomembrane Portion of the Landfill Cap, and Repair Five Damaged Landfill Gas Vents. The Contractor Will Provide All Materials as Required to Complete the Work. There is No Pre-bid Conference Scheduled for This Project. It is the Policy of the Town of Marlborough to Encourage the Greatest Possible Participation of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises. All Qualified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (Mwbe) Suppliers, Contractors and or Businesses Will Be Afforded Equal Opportunity Without Discrimination Because of Race, Color, Religion, National Origin, Sex, Age, Disability, or Sexual Orientation. Pursuant to State Law, the Town of Marlborough is Exempt From Payment of Sales and Compensating Use Taxes of the State of New York on All Materials, Equipment and Supplies Sold to the Town of Marlborough Under This Contract.
