Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredonia, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the following Work: Pulverizing the existing gravel roadway and parking lot, overlaying with asphalt pavement, and applying pavement markings. Wenzel Avenue provides the only vehicular access to Marie Kraus Park. This project is partially funded by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP). The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
