furnishing all tools, materials and labor, and performing the necessary work to complete the following project. In compliance with Federal, State, and local government regulations, the Contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder. The project generally consists of Bid Item 1: o Fabricate, furnish and install a steel building structure on a foundation by others. o 19'x47'x17' steel frame equipment storage shed with a single slope roof o Backwall & two ends sheeted colored R-panel walls o 17' eave height o 26 gauge galvaume R-panel roof sheets o Gutters & downspouts o No building insulation o Engineered Stamped Drawings o Conforms to 2012 International Building Code Bid Item 2: o Reinforced concrete pier foundation for the structure described in Bid Item 1 The City of Springdale Public Works Department is seeking sealed bids for two (2) projects: an Equipment Cover and a Winter Storage Shed. The Owner further reserves the right to withhold the awarding of the contract for a period not to exceed 90 days after the receipt of bids. The City of Springdale reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the proposal deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner.
