The Arkansas Department of Transportation (hereafter called ARDOT) will receive bids for furnishing Stream Mitigation Credits as required by Dept. of Army Permit for construction of Job #012326 Hwy. 412 - Hwy. 112 (Springdale Bypass) in Benton and Washington Counties. Credits must be approved by the Little Rock District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Bids may be awarded to multiple vendors based on availability. All bidders should complete and return the Eligible Bidder Certification (Attachment A), Disclosure Form (see Page 2 of Standard Bid Conditions - Item 18) and Restriction of Boycott of Israel Certification issued with this bid. A current copy of the DFA Illegal Immigrant Contractor Disclosure Certification (see Page 2 of Standard Bid Conditions - Item 17) should also be submitted with bid.
