Renovation of an educational facility in Claremore, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Rogers State University shall have the right to reject any or all bids and solicit contractors again as herein provided if the best interests of the people of the State of Oklahoma would be best served by so doing. Further, the University reserves the right to award on an all or none basis, by item or groups of items in order to achieve the overall lowest cost. A bidder on public construction contract exceeding fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) shall accompany the bid with: A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, which shall be deposited with Rogers State University As a guaranty. Unless otherwise provided in State law, the successful bidder shall furnish an assurance of completion prior to the execution of any contract under this solicitation in the form of a performance, payment, and defect bond in a penal sum of 100 percent of the contract price; or, as may be required or permitted by State law; Project Timeline: 1. HVAC Replacement will begin on or after May 13th, 2025. 2. All work is to be completed no later than August 8th, 2025 3. Coordination of all work will be outlined prior to the start of all work. 4. Contractor to submit construction schedule.
