Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Palm Beach Shores, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Town of Palm Beach Shores (Town) desires to engage the services of a business entity toprovide Community Center Roof Replacement Services for the Town. The term of the contractwill be sixty (60) days. The Town desires this work to commence immediately upon award ofcontract by the Town Commission, so responses shall indicate when services can commence for2025 and provide a timeline for project completion. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a certified bank check made payableto the Owner, or a Bid Bond. The amount of the security shall not be less than five percent (5%)of the Bidder's total price indicated in Bid Proposal Form if the Bid exceeds $50,000.00. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals and to select service providers which in the Towns sole discretion would best be able to meet the needs of the Town.
