Reference Number 0000286726 Question Acceptance Deadline Feb 19, 2025 02:00 PM PST BGIS is soliciting quotations to provide Building Inspection of Racking and Fire Suppression System at 13160 Vanier Place Richmond for our client that will provide greater efficiency and minimize risk resulting in enhanced value to our clients. The scope of work of this agreement for Building Inspection of Racking and Fire Suppression System services is to occur in the existing warehouse area (1012.4 Square Meters) at the following property. Two (2) final summary reports are required prior to March 31, 2025. These two (2) reports are including: Racking system and Fire Suppression. Two weeks notice must be provided prior to any work starting on site. BGIS work permit is required prior to any work starting on site. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
