Provide four (4) new air conditioning units, four (4) new condensing units and appurtenances. Provide new in-room steam humidifier. The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with this solicitation, specifications, and attachments. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all applicable permits and inspections as required to satisfy all applicable National, State & Local code requirements.
