Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bloomingdale, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of April 2 , 2025 Project has been awarded to BROTHERS ASPHALT PAVING but awarded amount is not available. The proposed improvement is officially known as the"2025 Street Improvement Project" which consists of HMA grinding and over lay, resurfacing of a 10' wide recreational path, pcc sidewalk, combination concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer adjustments, pavement marking, sodding, and any other work for a total distance of 2.09 miles. All proposals must be accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee, made payable to the Treasurer of the Village of Blooming dale, in accordance with the "Standard Specifications for Road & Bridge Construction ,"prepared by the Illinois Department of Trans porta ion, latest edition. The President and Board of Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all technicalities.
